Do you work with real or artificial flowers?

- We work with just real, seasonal flowers

 

Do you offer consultations to discuss floral ideas?
- Absolutely. We provide in-person or virtual consultations to understand your vision and help design the perfect arrangements.

How far in advance do I need to contact you for our wedding flowers?

- The best time is as soon as you set up your wedding date. Our availability is booked very quickly. Our weddings are booked first come, first served basis, and bookings are only confirmed once we have received the deposit to secure your date. 

 

How many weddings do you work on in one day?

- It depends on the size of the wedding. If we have a smaller wedding on one day (bridal bouquet and couple of buttonholes) we can take on another wedding.

 

Do you have a minimum to spend?

- We do not have a minimum to spend, we are happy to provide the flowers for an intimate ceremony with a single bouquet or a grand celebration with large floral installations.

 

How do you start the custom floral design process?
- We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, colour preferences, style, and wedding details. From there, we create moodboards and sketches to bring your ideas to life.

How do I book a wedding consultation?

- We always require to book a wedding consultation in the shop in person. We think this is the only way to get to know each other better and give you guidance about all the floral arrangements. Because we always have a wide range of flowers in a shop, we can put some flowers together to show you the chosen colour scheme. Please note if you find some inspirational pictures on the internet, they are not always real flowers, they could be artificial flowers or AI generated pictures. But our experienced florists can advise you on the flower and colour availability.

What information is required to get a wedding quote?

- As much information as you can give us. Wedding date, venue location, time of the ceremony, floral arrangements, flowers and colours.

Can you create custom bouquets and arrangements?

- Yes! Every bouquet and arrangement is custom-designed based on your preferences and wedding theme.

Can I provide inspiration photos or specific flowers I want included?
- Absolutely! We encourage you to share any photos, Pinterest boards, or flower preferences to guide the design.

How many design revisions are included?
- Typically, we offer 2–3 rounds of revisions on the floral concept to ensure you’re happy with every detail before finalising.

Do you provide samples or mock-ups of the bouquet or arrangements?
- Depending on the project, we can create a sample bouquet or a small arrangement to help you visualise the final look.

 

Are my chosen flowers available all year around?

- Flowers availability depends on the season. There are some flowers that are available all year around but others are just seasonal flowers. During the wedding consultation, our experienced florist can give you advice on what flowers are available on your wedding day. If the flowers are out of season, our florist can always suggest similar flowers as alternative flowers.

Can you accommodate allergies or flower preferences?
- Definitely. Let us know of any allergies or flowers you dislike, and we’ll adjust the design accordingly.

How much do flowers cost?

- The price always depends on the season and your chosen flowers. The cheapest season is the most popular season, the summer. We do take weddings around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas, but the flower prices will be higher. 

 

Which flowers can I choose with my budget?

- Our experienced florist can advise you during the consultation about an estimated price. After the wedding consultation you will receive the quote in email from the florist and you have 14 days to decide if you accept the given price or you would like to change it.

 

Can you work with my wedding colour scheme and theme?

- Yes! We tailor all floral designs to complement your wedding colours, style, and venue, ensuring everything looks cohesive.

How do you ensure the flowers will be in season and available?
- We advise on seasonal blooms and offer alternatives if specific flowers are unavailable due to weather or supply issues, keeping your design consistent.

 

Can you match floral colours exactly?
- We do our best to match colour palettes using available flowers and foliage, but natural variations mean exact matches can be challenging. We aim for harmonious tones that fit your theme.

 

How is the final floral design coordinated with other wedding elements?
- We work closely with your wedding planner, venue, and other vendors to ensure the floral design complements your décor, colour scheme, and overall wedding style.

 

What extra charges could be in my quotation?

- We always charge for delivery (unless someone collects your flowers in the shop) and if you require, we can set up the flowers at the wedding venue. If it is required, we can move the ceremony flowers to the reception. 

 

When will I receive the wedding flowers?

- Unless you require some or all the floral arrangements a day earlier, we deliver the fresh flowers on your wedding day. We always contact the venue to confirm when we can deliver the flowers.

How do you keep flowers fresh throughout the day?

- We use professional hydration techniques, floral foam, and conditioning methods to ensure blooms stay fresh from setup through the ceremony and reception.

Do you provide advice on flower care and handling after delivery?
- Yes, we give tips on keeping bouquets fresh, handling ceremony flowers, and storing arrangements properly until the event starts.

Can you work with my venue’s restrictions (e.g., no open flames, no nails/tape on walls)?
- Yes, we always check venue policies in advance and adapt our installations accordingly to follow all rules and keep your venue safe.

How are the bouquets and arrangements constructed to stay secure?
- Bouquets are wrapped and wired securely with floral tape and ribbon. Larger arrangements use floral foam, mechanics, or wireframes to maintain shape and stability.

Do you provide floral preservation services?
- While we don’t preserve flowers ourselves, we can recommend trusted local preservationists who can freeze-dry or press your bouquet after the wedding.

Can you create allergy-friendly floral arrangements?
- Yes, we can select hypoallergenic flowers and avoid high-pollen varieties to reduce allergy risks for you and your guests.

Can you handle large-scale floral installations like arches or ceiling installations?
- Yes, we have experience with large installations and use sturdy frameworks, rigging, and safety measures to ensure everything is secure and stunning.

 

Will you work with my Cake maker to add the flowers to my wedding cake?

- Yes, we do work with cake makers. Your cake maker needs to contact us and let us know how many flowers they would like. 

 

What happens if I change my mind?

- If you would like to change your colour scheme or your chosen flowers, or add or remove some floral arrangements, you can do it a month before your wedding.

If for any reason, you decide to cancel your wedding, this deposit is non-refundable. If you postpone your wedding, we will hold the fee until the wedding goes ahead this may be subject to a rearrangement fee.

 

When is the final payment due?

- Final payment must be paid in full 14 days before the wedding. We reserve the right to cancel any wedding flowers if payment is not made by this date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

What payment methods and cancellation policies do you have?
- We accept various payment methods and require a deposit to secure your date. Cancellation policies vary and will be detailed in your contract.
